Do I need the iOS app to use openED?

Yes — enrolling, learning, and tracking your progress happen in the iOS app. The web is for creators managing their courses; the App Store is where learners get the app.

I can't log in to my account.

Most login issues are solved by resetting your password. If your reset link doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us with the email address on your account.

How do I become a creator?

Apply through the creator application. Approval is instant — no portfolio, no waiting list, no review queue. openED takes 0% of your course sales.

Can I get a refund for a course?

iOS purchases are refunded through Apple's standard App Store refund process. If you need help beyond that, email us with your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out.

I found a bug or want to request a feature.

Email us at support@openeducation.io. Include what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help. We log every bug report and reply to every feature request, even the ones we don't build.
